He showed me the before and after photos and explained in detail what the problem was and how he addressed it. Had three contractors come over and estimate the cost of replacing the roof, Scott was the only one who actually climbed up and walked around on it and inspected it, one said they could give me a price by looking on Google Earth. Job was done quick, on budget, very pleased.
